Cancelling Before Dispatch

If you'd like to cancel your order, please email us at hello@thefikaedit.com as soon as possible, including your order number.

We aim to dispatch orders quickly, so we'll do our best to accommodate your request before your order leaves us.

If your order has already been dispatched, you can still request a return or exercise your statutory cancellation rights where applicable.

Your Right to Cancel

For most online purchases, UK customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving their goods, without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, please email hello@thefikaedit.com with your order number and let us know that you'd like to cancel.

You then have a further 14 days from notifying us to return your items.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs for unwanted items, unless otherwise required by law. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage.

You may handle items as necessary to inspect them, as you would in a shop. Any handling beyond this that reduces their value may result in a deduction from your refund, where permitted by law.

Refunds Following Cancellation

When you exercise your statutory cancellation right, we'll refund the price of the returned items and the original standard delivery charge, where applicable.

If you selected a more expensive delivery option, such as Next Working Day Delivery, we are only required to refund the equivalent standard delivery charge.

Refunds will be made to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, or receiving evidence that you've sent them back, whichever is earlier.

Exceptions

Certain goods may be excluded from statutory cancellation rights, including personalised or made-to-order items and some sealed goods where applicable under consumer law.

Your statutory rights in relation to faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods remain unaffected.
