We currently ship to the UK, Australia and the USA.

We hope you love your fika pieces, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your order within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unused and in their original condition, with tags attached. Once your return has been received and approved, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method, excluding the original delivery charge.

For returns received after 30 days, we may offer store credit instead.

Once we've received your return, we aim to inspect and process your refund within 7 days.

Your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few additional working days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to follow your delivery.

As we aim to dispatch orders quickly, we can't guarantee cancellations once an order has been processed. If your order has already been dispatched, you can still return it in line with our returns policy.

If you've received a faulty or damaged item, please email us at hello@thefikaedit.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue and a photo of the item.

We'll look into it as quickly as possible and help arrange a suitable resolution.

Simply enter your discount code in the discount code box at checkout and click Apply. Your discount will automatically be deducted from your order total.

Please note that discount codes cannot usually be combined with other offers or promotions.
